"I feel
tired all the time", cries a little teenager with pain in secret.
Is she
really worth the pain? Well, that's a tough question for now.
And there comes
the biggest doubt of all time, Is she fighting her battle alone?
In-depth that's a huge yes!
Hey, here's a fun fact the worldwide
pandemic before Covid was depression.
Yeah, that's true. "Approximately
280 million people in the world have depression", says WHO.
No, there's
nothing to shock about that, We all live in a hypocritical world.
Well, as a
matter of another fact, depression leads to suicide, and over 700 000 die due
to suicide every year.
Yet, the world doesn't give a fuck about that.
Mental
health is the most underrated concept. It's high time for everyone to get an
awareness of mental health.
Reaching out to a psychiatrist for help never makes
you a sociopath. It's completely okay to not be okay.
We are perfectly
imperfect. Parents should start a conversation with children about how are they
coping up with things.
And everybody else too, communicate with your people, feel their loneliness, tell them they are not alone, that you have their back.
"Depression is not a choice, but
stigma and ignorance are"
